Have you almost finished your Bachelor's or Master's degree, and are you looking for a Recruitment / HR internship which will challenge you to make relevant contributions to multiple projects?

The Next Interns Day on the 11th of May is part of the recruitment process for this internship.

What does a working day look like? You will…

  • … manage the entire recruitment process of 25-30 interns from A to Z (under the supervision of the Talent Acquisition Officer). This includes: intake interviews with the managers, job postings on various recruitment channels, CV screenings, interviews with candidates, inviting and rejecting candidates, and drafting employment contracts.
  • … organize and manage our in-house day / recruitment event: the Next Interns Day!
  • … be HR consultant for all current interns, which includes: introduction presentations, onboarding guidance, evaluation interviews, and organising intern events. You will actively contribute to the development of all our interns, and the group dynamics of the intern programme.
  • … provide support for several HR / TA related matters (based on personal interests this can be linked to Comp & Ben, L&D, campus recruitment, etc.).

Who are we looking for? Someone who…

  • … is a HBO / WO Bachelor's or Master's student, or graduated (max. 3 months) with an interest in HR and recruitment;
  • … likes to take the initiative and can work independently;
  • … has strong communications skills; you will be in contact with all departments within our organisation;
  • … is pro-active, well organized and able to set priorities in a fast-moving industry;
  • … has a good understanding of Dutch and/or English.

We are looking for an intern from August 2017 for a period of 5-6 months. This role is a full-time internship (graduation assignment in consultation) in the Talent Acquisition team in Utrecht.
