Job Description

Kraft Heinz Change Management Internship

We have an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic Bachelor/Master student who is interested in making a difference and driving change at Kraft Heinz!

The Position

Every internship at Kraft Heinz Netherlands offers unique opportunities to develop new knowledge and skills, gain real business experience, get exposure to senior leadership and attend tailored trainings. As an intern you will take ownership of projects and work closely with the business on day-to-day challenges.  

In this position, you will be part of our Trade Promotion Optimization (TPO) Change Management Project that is focused on implementing new ways of evaluating and forecasting Kraft Heinz promotions. You will have the chance to acquire new skills and perspectives while working with an international and multidisciplinary team.

As part of the change management project, you will:

  • Help to build a structured plan for driving adoption

  • Ensure that the adoption progress is tracked

  • Implement best practices

  • Improve the ways of communication with different stakeholder

  • Create communication materials

  • Support our local teams

Qualifications: 

Job requirements    

  • You are enrolled at a European university during at least 50% of the duration of the internship.   
  • You are nearing the end of your bachelor's degree or pursuing your master’s degree (specific area of degree is of minor importance)
  • You have good knowledge of the English language, both written and spoken.
  • You are proficient with Microsoft Office tools (especially PowerPoint). 
  • Photo editing and/or video editing skills are a plus.
  • NOTE: EU working rights are required. (Either you have an EU or EEA Citizenship, or you are studying in the Netherlands)

  • Communication Skills: An essential part of change management is communicating and influencing. Therefore, it is important that you have excellent communication skills, to deal with all kinds of different stakeholders.

  • Organization Skills: You are on top of your things, plan ahead, and are structured in how you approach your work.

  • Deal with complexity: In order to advocate for a complex product, you need to be able thoroughly understand it.

  • Ability to simplify: We like to keep it simple and execute fast. Your ability to simplify will be highly appreciated, when you provide simple solutions dealing with complex challenges.

  • Curiosity, positivity & enthusiasm: You are curious, positive and enthusiastic. People know you as the driver of the team.

  • Ownership: Think and act like the owners of our business, make tough choices and treat every dollar as if it is our own. A self-starter mindset, with the ability to work independently when required, interpret and exercise professional judgment, and solve problems creatively

What we offer you: 

Program start date: April / May 2022

Duration: 6 months 

Allowance: 625 euro per month (40hrs, 5 days) & full reimbursement of travel expenses 

Location: Amsterdam
